NOTICE:
Chad is currently out on extended medical leave. He is doing well, but had little time to prepare for this extended leave due to the urgency of the matter. At this time, he plans to be back in early May. You may call/text him if you would like a referral to another provider. For current clients of MesabaCare, he has entered into an agreement with Jennifer Elmberg, LICSW to temporarily take over services until his return. Her office is located in Virginia, MN and she can be reached at (218) 248-2303.
